Own and drive the strategic evolution of our modern end-user computing (EUC) and collaboration ecosystem.
Sitting within the Workspace domain, you will lead the transformation of digital colleague experiences across physical endpoints, virtual environments, enterprise mobility, and modern collaboration suites.
You will act as the crucial bridge between digital employee experience (DEX), cybersecurity compliance, IT operations, and engineering squads—driving cloud-native device management, modern workplace platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools at enterprise scale.

Product Vision & Strategy: Own and execute the multi-year product roadmap for the Digital Workspace, covering Modern Endpoint Management (Intune/SCCM), Enterprise Mobility, Microsoft 365 / Cloud Productivity, and Virtual Desktop / EUC solutions.Modern Device Management: Lead the shift toward zero-touch provisioning (Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager), cloud-native policy management, and automated patch baselines.Collaboration & Productivity Ecosystem: Drive continuous innovation and feature adoption across enterprise collaboration platforms, optimising colleague workflows and enabling secure hybrid ways of working.Agile Product Backlog Leadership: Define clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; rigorously prioritise sprint backlogs balancing end-user feature requests, platform stability, security hardening, and technical debt.Enterprise Security & Compliance: Partner with InfoSec and Identity teams to implement robust Zero Trust endpoint architectures, Conditional Access policies, and privilege management compliant with industry/APRA standards.Digital Employee Experience (DEX) & AgileOps: Leverage telemetry and sentiment analytics to track endpoint performance, boot times, application reliability, and colleague satisfaction, driving iterative operational enhancements.Vendor & Lifecycle Stewardship: Oversee mobility services, hardware lifecycle standards, and software currency in partnership with Procurement and Technology Product Owners.

Proven Product Ownership / Leadership: Product Management, Product Owner, or Senior Technical Delivery experience leading modern digital workplace, EUC, or cloud collaboration products.Deep Modern Workplace & EUC Expertise: Advanced technical understanding of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), macOS/iOS/Android Enterprise Mobility, and cloud virtualization (Windows 365 / AVD).Enterprise Productivity & Collaboration Suites: Strong knowledge of cloud-based productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), unified collaboration, and emerging workplace AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot/Gemini).AgileOps & Delivery Mastery: Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering squads using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks, with robust backlog management capabilities.Data-Driven DEX Mindset: Experience utilising endpoint telemetry, sentiment feedback, and service analytics to drive measurable uplifts in colleague productivity and experience.Stakeholder & Change Navigation: Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders, driving organisational change management, and translating technical complexity into clear business value.
