B2B Freelance contract and CDI both option available Start Date: ASAP End Date: 4 months(Renewable) Type: Onsite Location: Luxembourg Mission Context As part of a strategic application redesign project within a European institution based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack Java/Angular to strengthen the project team. The consultant will work in a demanding and structured environment, with the objective of leading technical developments while actively participating in the realization of the solution. Main Missions Participate in the design and architecture of the new application.Develop and maintain Back‑End components in Java and Front‑End components in Angular.Act as technical reference for the development team.Supervise and support a senior developer in carrying out technical work.Work closely with functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.Ensure code quality through development best practices, code reviews, and testing.Participate in technical choices and architectural decisions.Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and development standards.Contribute to the project’s technical documentation. Required Profile Technical Skills Excellent command of Java (Java 11 or higher).Solid experience in Angular development (recent versions).Good knowledge of modern application architectures (REST API, microservices, n‑tier architecture).Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.Mastery of version control tools (Git).Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools (CI/CD) appreciated. Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Lead Developer or Tech Lead role.Significant experience in transformation or application redesign projects.Proven ability to coordinate and support a technical team.
