Role Purpose:
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing and testing applications end-to-end - across backend services built on Microsoft .NET technologies and frontend/mobile experiences built with React - based on defined user and business requirements.
This role combines strong backend engineering fundamentals with modern frontend and mobile development, and plays a key part in building secure, scalable and high-performing digital healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and test applications end-to-end based on user requirements, across both backend and frontend layers.Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with internal services and third-party systems.Design and implement secure APIs (REST/SOAP) and manage them using API Gateway / API Management tools.Implement and manage OAuth 2.0-based authentication and authorization flows, including JWT-based security.Design and develop microservices architecture, applying best practices for scalability, resilience and performance.Work with SQL Server databases, writing efficient SQL queries and performing sound data modeling.Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, reliability and maintainability.Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and risks through code reviews and threat modeling, applying OWASP standards.Troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack - frontend, backend, APIs and integrations - and provide timely resolutions.Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, well-tested releases.
