We are seeking a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving to support a mission-critical financial services application.
Please note that this role requires working in a hybrid mode from the office in Wroclaw 3 times a week.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain IaC for the Azure cloud platform, including AKS, NSGs, DBs, VMs, etcModernize and optimize infrastructure using best practices and emerging technologiesEvaluate and integrate tools to streamline processes and improve scalabilityEngineer and implement scalable, reliable and secure solutions (mostly from scratch) to solve day-to-day problems and challengesCollaborate closely with developers, QA and other product teams to identify bottlenecks and enhance engineering workflowsSupport and evolve the engineering spiritMaintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps with a previous technical backgroundBackground in Linux systems and administration, shell scriptingExpertise in Azure Cloud, including Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep templatesExpertise in IaC tools such as AnsibleExpertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLabProficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and K8SSkills in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, Kotlin, PowerShellFamiliarity with monitoring tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELKUnderstanding of security best practicesStrong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting and adaptability skillsEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher
