Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Manager, Facility in our team. If you thrive on speed, love solving problems, and have an ownership mindset, this is the environment for you. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering infrastructural projects, personally involved in acquisitions and expansions, competent in managing asset health, adept at people management and comfortable in diving deep and getting things done. This role will be based in Islamabad and will report to the Lead, Project Management Office. Responsibilities Manage real estate, facilities, asset maintenance, issue identification and resolution, and performance KPIs for the local marketOversee building and facilities maintenance, asset management, and audits of 3rd-party maintenance contractsManage the launch, relocation, and revamp of dark stores, including site scouting, execution, and handoverSupervise contractors on budgets, specialties, and project execution; conduct site visits to ensure quality and timelinessHandle and maintain permits, licenses, and municipal approvals in the system; ensure compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulationsPlan and manage repair and maintenance schedules; maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure cost-effective and prompt issue resolutionIdentify and assess potential sites for stores and warehouses to meet operational requirementsNegotiate leases and contracts for cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goalsIdentify process improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and adopt advancements in facility management
