Integration Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Equations Developer with strong hands-on expertise in BankFusion Equation Core Banking and IBM i / AS400 (iSeries) technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Equation development, configuration, customization, production support, core banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, and banking integrations. Strong technical proficiency in RPGLE, CLLE, Free Format RPG, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400 is essential. Experience working with banks or financial institutions, particularly within the GCC banking environment, will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance applications within BankFusion Equation Core Banking. Perform hands-on development using IBM i / AS400 / iSeries, RPGLE, CLLE, Free Format RPG, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400. Configure Equation modules, charges, reports, and application parameters based on business requirements. Develop and maintain Equation User Exits, APIs, Input Functions, and customizations. Provide application-level production support and troubleshoot critical incidents and defects. Support Equation End-of-Day (EOD) operations across production and test environments. Develop and maintain middleware programs and support third-party banking integrations. Support Equation version upgrades, migrations, patches, and implementation activities. Perform account and data reconciliation between pre- and post-migration environments. Configure and support IBM MQ / MQ Series integration with Equation. Develop and maintain interfaces with ATM, SWIFT, MQ, and other third-party banking systems. Extract, analyze, and prepare reports and data from DB2/400 based on business requirements. Analyze application defects and technical issues and implement effective solutions. Support UAT, system testing, regression testing, patches, releases, and production deployments. Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and support procedures. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure application changes follow appropriate development, testing, release, and support processes. Extensive hands-on experience with BankFusion Equation Core Banking Solution. Strong experience in Equation module implementation, configuration, development, customization, and support. Proven experience in RPGLE, CLLE, Free Format RPG, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400. Strong understanding of banking processes and core banking applications. Experience supporting Equation upgrades, migrations, and production environments. Experience with ATM, SWIFT, MQ, and other banking interfaces. Previous experience working with banks or financial institutions is preferred. GCC banking experience will be an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
