Flutter Developer

We operate as a remote-first team, allowing our team members to work from wherever they are while staying closely connected through regular communication and collaboration About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and work on an ongoing product development project. You will be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications while working closely with our backend developers, designers, QA, and project management team. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to building a reliable and scalable product. This role is primarily focused on manual testing, so we are looking for someone with a good understanding of QA fundamentals who can think from both a technical and user perspective. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces across mobile and tablet devices.Work closely with designers to accurately implement UI/UX designs.Integrate REST APIs and work with backend services.Manage application state using Riverpod.Debug issues, optimize application performance, and improve overall stability.Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following good development practices.Collaborate with QA to identify and resolve bugs and ensure features are production-ready.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.Take ownership of assigned features from development through testing and release.Work with the team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions. Requirements: Strong experience with Flutter and Dart development.Hands-on experience with Riverpod or similar state-management solutions.Good understanding of responsive UI development, particularly for iPad and tablet layouts.Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend services.Strong understanding of mobile application development principles.Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Good debugging and problem-solving skills.Experience working with Git and version control.Good understanding of application lifecycle, navigation, and state management.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Nice-to-Have: Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.Experience working with Flutter on both iOS and Android.Experience with local storage, push notifications, deep linking, or similar mobile features.Understanding of CI/CD and mobile app release processes.Experience working on SaaS or other long-term product development projects.Familiarity with automated testing in Flutter.
