Required
The Cybersecurity Monitoring Ecosystem Department is currently looking to add an AI/ML DevOps Developer to the team responsible for industrialization, governance and development of the organization’s AI capabilities.
You’ll work in a modern cloud environment where the performance, security, compliance and automation of platforms are essential for supporting the generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) solutions and large language models (LLMs) used by our strategic business sectors.
As a Developer, you’ll be responsible for implementing and updating programming practices required to improve, release and make use of the Security Office’s AI capabilities.
You’ll work in close collaboration with the AI Architect and the members of the LLMOps squad to ensure the reliability, security and automation of all platform components.
You’ll act as a technological facilitator for the LLMOps squad by building robust, automated and secure foundations that enable architectural and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions that are fast, reliable and compliant.
You’ll make a direct contribution to ensuring the Security Office has a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
More specifically, you will be required to:
Design, implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that support the development and release to production of AI and GenAI solutionsAutomate the release of infrastructure, application services, data components and inference services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principlesImplement DevSecOps best practices for the introduction of security, compliance and quality controls throughout the development cycleEnsure the management, evolution, and reliability of production, testing and development environments supporting the Security Office’s AI capabilitiesDevelop and maintain observability, logging, monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure service availability and performanceCollaborate with the platform, security, data and development teams to standardize release and operational practicesOptimize delivery processes to reduce production lead times and improve release qualityHelp implement the technological foundations necessary for the adoption of MLOps and LLMOps practicesParticipate in the continuous improvement of the tools, processes and standards used by the squadEnsure teams have access to all the material, shared knowledge and support needed to adopt automation and operational best practices.

What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development or a related fieldA minimum of four years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be consideredKnowledge of French is required Expert knowledge of Azure, Databricks and data platform servicesExpert knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and distributed architecturesProficiency in CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code practicesKnowledge of life cycle automation for data, ML, MLOps, or LLMOps solutionsKnowledge of automation for the release of production models, APIs, apps and inference servicesKnowledge of MLOps and LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Azure Machine Learning, LangChain, OpenAI, and Azure AIKnowledge of Python, YAML, Git and automation tools
