About the Role We are now seeking an experienced Application Development Engineer (Web Frontend-focused) with business application development experiences, that is proficient with the latest AI tools to drive for continuous performance improvement and functional iteration of the company's products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the functional iteration of the company's products; strive for excellence and continuously improve the system's performance in terms of user experience, response speed, stability, security, and cost; 2. Track new technologies in areas such as LLM and AI Agents, and verify and implement them in conjunction with business scenarios. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field;At least 3 years of software development experience with a solid engineering foundation;Candidates with proven web/mobile frontend development experiences (particularly in React) will be strongly preferred.Background in backend, client-side, or web-based development, with in-depth understanding and practical project experience in at least one of these areas, capable of independently completing module design, development, deployment, and iteration;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Candidates with experience in developing core functions for large-scale projects or complex business systems is preferred;Candidates with experience in AI product development is preferred.Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language in both verbal and written media is essential to communicate with key stakeholders and cross-functional project team members based in China. Candidates that require sponsorship of working visa for this role need not apply.
