Mid-Senior .NET Developer

Expertech is looking for a talented Mid-Senior .NET Developer to join a leading digital transformation agency on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced .NET developer who enjoys working across varied digital solutions and thrives in an environment where no two projects are exactly the same. You'll work as part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality digital experiences for clients, with opportunities to contribute technically while also engaging directly with clients and stakeholders. We're particularly interested in developers with Optimizely experience, although strong experience with another enterprise CMS will also be considered. Essential Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET / .NET CoreExperience working with Optimizely (formerly Episerver), or solid experience with another enterprise CMS platformStrong understanding of web development, APIs and integrationExperience working with SQL / relational databasesGood understanding of modern software development practices, including source control, code reviews, testing and CI/CDExperience working within agile development teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable participating in client discussions and stakeholder interactionsAbility to understand unfamiliar systems and quickly learn new technologies and solutionsA proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine interest in delivering quality outcomes Desirable Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS / Optimizely CommerceExperience with Azure and cloud-based solutionsJavaScript / TypeScript and modern front-end frameworksHTML, CSS and responsive web developmentExperience with headless CMS or composable digital platformsExperience integrating third-party systems and APIsAutomated testing and test-driven developmentExperience working within a digital agency, consultancy or client-services environmentExperience working across multiple projects or technology solutions Why Work Here?
