Are you a hands-on Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, supporting business-critical applications, and driving continuous improvement?
Service Stream is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Group Business Information Systems (GBIS) team.
This role blends software development with application support, giving you the opportunity to enhance and modernise systems that support our operations nationally.
Please note: This is a full-time permanent position based at our Collins Street office, with genuine hybrid flexibility.
The role is open to Australian Citizens.

Application Support & Reliability
Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support for critical applications and integrationsInvestigate and resolve incidents, defects and performance issuesConduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutionsMonitor application health and maintain support documentationSoftware Development
Design, develop, test and deploy secure, scalable solutionsDeliver enhancements, upgrades and modernisation initiativesRefactor legacy applications and reduce technical debtImplement automation and continuous improvement opportunitiesDatabase & Integration Support
Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and database objectsTroubleshoot database performance and data integrity issuesSupport REST APIs, integrations and data migration activitiesCollaborate with DBA, infrastructure and vendor teamsChange & Release Management

Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering or Application SupportStrong experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET and Web APIsAdvanced SQL Server and T-SQL skillsFront-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScriptExperience with React, Angular, Vue or similar frameworksExperience with REST APIs, Git and CI/CD practicesStrong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skillsHighly Regarded
