Back-End Software Engineer - AI & Voice Technology

THE MISSION We are looking for a pragmatic Back-End Software Engineer to help us build and scale Kando's cloud infrastructure. You will work on the core services that power our real-time voice AI platform for healthcare, with high ownership and close collaboration with the founding team. Kando processes voice interactions from healthcare professionals through a sophisticated pipeline: capturing audio, transcribing speech (Speech-To-Text), understanding intent via LLMs, performing specific actions (such as automatic report generation), and sending back textual and audio (Text-To-Speech) responses. You will build the reliable, performant backend systems that make this possible.
