Full time On-Site opportunity Locations: in Mississauga, Richmond Hill or Waterloo, Ontario
You are part of an Engineering organization building and operating a highly scalable, globally available Public Cloud Service (SaaS) in the Enterprise Information Management domain.
Working closely with Software Engineering and IT Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and continuous evolution of our fast-growing cloud platform.
In an agile environment, you will drive automation, streamline operations, and help deliver new capabilities to customers around the world.
What the role offers:
Lead DevOps and automation initiatives across development and operations teams.Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.Improve performance, security, observability, and operational excellence across the SaaS platform.Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
What you need to succeed:
7+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or cloud-based enterprise environments.Strong expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.Proficiency in Ansible, Python and Bash scripting for automation and operational tasks.Solid Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with excellent communication skill in English.
