About the Role
As a Software Developer Co-op, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced developers on real-world software projects.
You’ll support software design, development, testing, and debugging across front-end, back-end, and full-stack environments while working with modern programming languages, cloud technologies, APIs, containers, and Agile development practices.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and returning to complete the degree after the co-op
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for 16 weeks during the Spring 2027 semester
Must be able to pause coursework during the co-op term
Available to start a full-time role between December 2027 and August 2028
Coursework or project experience in software development
Familiarity with data structures, basic algorithms, or debugging
Experience or exposure to front-end or back-end technologies
Experience using Git or similar version-control tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and learn quickly
