DevOps Engineer

MAIN PURPOSE Richemont is seeking a talented and highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic “Client & Market” teams. This role is crucial in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable platforms to support Richemont Maisons’ online experiences. As a DevOps Engineer, you will focus on containerization, orchestration, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD automation. You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Working in a global, cross-functional environment, you will help optimize DevOps practices, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and drive continuous improvements. You will also contribute to monitoring, logging, and performance optimization, ensuring seamless digital experiences for customers. Key Responsibilities Support delivery teams by automating the integration of developed products/solutions (e.g., Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment)Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to build, enhance, and maintain the CI/CD pipelinesDesign, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices alongside other DevOps engineersPartner with Test Automation Engineers to set up and improve dedicated pipelinesMaintain strong expertise and knowledge of DevOps processes, tools and techniquesWork closely with development teams to ensure products/solutions are designed for security, scalability, performance, and operability in line with Group Technology standardsTroubleshoot, debug, and maintain products/solutions, ensuring the corresponding technical documentation is up to dateConfigure and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to track application performance and infrastructure healthRecommend improvements to products/solutions based on ongoing evaluationsParticipate in Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, if applicable.Mentor development teams into DevOps practice Technical Skills REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps EngineerExperience with decoupled/composable architectureStrong experience in building, automating and deploying software to productionHands-on experience with microservices architecture and infrastructure automationExperience in Digital platforms is an asset DevOps & Tooling Required:Linux bash operations and scripting (sed, awk, grep...)Python scriptingGit workflowsSQL databasesDocker & KubernetesAWS Cloud InfrastructureTerraform (IaC)CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD)SSL/TLS certificate managementJfrog, ArgoCD, Helm, K8S, Istio Nice to have:Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)Jenkins Groovy scriptingSwagger / OpenAPIRabbitMQ / AmazonMQDatadog (Monitoring & Logging)SonarQube & Checkmarx (Code Quality & Security) Soft Skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and ability to work with multinational, cross-functional teams.Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
