Senior Devops Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer We’re looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and delivery processes. This is a hands-on role focused on GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure reliability. The ideal candidate is self-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to mentor engineers while partnering across Development, QA, and SRE teams. What You’ll Be Doing Design, build, and optimize complex CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient software deployments.Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.Deploy and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational processes using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting across distributed systems.Troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure issues and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.Improve cloud security, networking, access controls, secrets management, and infrastructure compliance.Partner with Development, QA, and SRE teams while mentoring engineers on DevOps best practices.Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, reliability, scalability, and cloud costs.What We’re Looking For 5+ years of DevOps or related infrastructure engineering experience.Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Expert-level experience with Terraform.Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience, including cluster management, networking, storage, and security.Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD, or similar CI/CD platforms.Configuration management experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.Strong scripting/programming skills with Python and/or Bash.Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar observability tools.Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM, and secrets management.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Nice to Have Temporal.ioGitOps and Argo CDHelm, Istio, Tekton, or KnativeOpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or ZipkinChaos engineeringServerless technologiesCloud cost optimizationAWS or Azure experienceCybersecurity tools and cloud/DevOps certifications
