Description

We’re on a mission to become the go-to destination for students across Europe to find a trusted home away from home. We make every step of the rental journey simple and seamless, so students can focus on what really matters: studying, exploring, and growing. With HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart under our roof, we’re Europe’s largest student rental platform. You’ll find us in Rotterdam, Paris, and Cergy, always guided by our four core values: Ownership, We are enablers, We are changemakers, and We are connectors. Join us in empowering students to unlock their potential through a safe, online, rental experience. Your role As our new Affiliate Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of our affiliate and partnerships channel across all three of our brands. This is a core individual contributor role designed for a mid-level expert who is as comfortable negotiating a commercial deal as they are debugging a tracking link. You aren't just administering an affiliate network dashboard or waiting for partners to come to us. You will own the portfolio end to end: finding partners, negotiating the terms, managing the data integrations, proving what got delivered, optimizing their performance and having the direct conversations when it doesn't. If you want a channel you can genuinely build and grow rather than maintain, this role is for you. Key responsibilities Own the affiliate and partnerships channel: Grow the affiliate programme across HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart - partner identification, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing commercial management, across both network and direct deals. Run partner performance conversations directly: Track partner-level traffic, bookings, and revenue, and lead the conversation when the numbers move. Own the tracking that makes the channel measurable: Manage tracking links, partner IDs, and UTM hygiene, and work with our data engineering team on attribution across different platforms. Negotiate and manage commercial terms: Structure fixed-fee, CPA, and hybrid deals; own the commission and invoicing cycle with the Finance department; keep the unit economics of every partner visible and work towards maximizing ROAS on your managed portfolio of partners. Build the operating layer: Standardise partner reporting and evaluate the tooling this channel needs to scale past spreadsheets. You will have a real say in what we buy and what we build. Optimize partner performance: Improve what each partner delivers. Test placements, landing pages and links, run the promotional calendar, and use commission structure to drive incremental revenue. Grow creator and influencer partnerships: Take our newest partnership motions from pilot to a repeatable programme - terms, tracking, and performance measurement included. Your team Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will join a lean, agile performance marketing team. You will work side-by-side with PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Media Buying Specialists. You will have a direct voice in shaping our global growth playbooks. Your profile 3–5 years of dedicated experience in affiliate or partnership marketing, ideally within a high-growth marketplace, B2C platform, or scale-up environment. Commercially confident: You have negotiated real deals and then held partners to them. You are comfortable telling a partner their performance has dropped and agreeing what changes. Data-driven & analytical: You are incredibly comfortable with data, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (e.g., MixPanel). You can tell the difference between a partner who stopped delivering and tracking that stopped working. Technically literate on tracking: You have worked hands-on with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Tradedoubler, CJ) and understand tracking links, postbacks, and attribution well enough to diagnose a problem yourself rather than escalate it. A proven executioner: You have grown a partner portfolio from a standing start, and you prefer high autonomy and true ownership over corporate bureaucracy. Fluent in English: As our company language, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Additional European languages are a strong advantage as our partners sit all over Europe and globally. What’s in it for you Depending on experience and qualifications, the salary range is €50K – €60K gross per year (based on 40 hours, including Holiday Allowance). Unlimited paid holidays, minimum-based not maximum! Position based in our Rotterdam office with hybrid working policy (2 office days). Flexibility to work remotely for up to 2 months per year! 1,000 EUR personal development budget. Complete coverage for commuting. Personal equipment, including laptop and ergonomic setup. Gym membership discount with GoVital or OneFit. Dutch/English classes budget. Variable pension scheme. Diverse international community (46+ nationalities). Pet-friendly office in Rotterdam city centre. Team-building events and after-work drinks every Friday. What can you expect from our hiring process? Read more here.
