Job DescriptionGlovo is looking for a Junior Accountant in the Finance Department who will set-up and lead in-house accounting. THE JOURNEY: Support daily accounting activities, including posting journal entries and maintaining accurate records.Responsible for complying with local requirements related to tax and accounting.Assist accounting team in preparing reconciliations and executing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.Support for preparation of Statutory financial statements.Follow the changes in company policy, tax regulations and legislation.Ensure all original documents (contracts, acts, VAT declarations, etc.) align with the company's best interests.Support the preparation and coordination of the yearly external audit, Ensure all accounting/financial Policies and Procedures are adopted in line with prevailing legislation.
