Job Description This is a development position for establishing and implementing new or revised applications and programs in the Technology team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for data extraction and data analysis from structured and unstructured sources. You will develop systems to clean results to build predictive and prescriptive models and implement them in a production environment by partnering with technology and business partners. You will have to address complex problems involving financial data with specific focus on credit risk management. You will have to have open and adaptive mindset to learn new and advanced models in LLM and GenAI and bring in innovative solutions to complex business problems. Qualifications: - Good years of experience designing and developing scalable and reliable machine learning systems for training, inference, monitoring, and iteration. - Strong background of Python 3.12 or later based REST Api development. Familiarity with Dynaconf, FastAPI. - Proficiency in AI Based coding, ML/LLM - Proficiency in Agent Development Kit (ADK), FAST MCP. Familiarity with RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP) - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - - Preferred Skills: - Experience in GenAI/LLMs projects. - Background in financial business-like banking, risk management. - - Education: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in STEM Good to have: - Working experience with Gemini LLM - Hands-On knowledge on NLP - Understanding of model deployment and containerization (Docker). - Understanding of version control systems (Git). - Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles Roles & Responsibilities - Architect, Design, and implement robust Python-based solution - Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint - Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals - Experience in using writing and using shell script and other Linux features - Implement Unit Testing and TDD to ensure software quality and maintainability Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
