About the Role
We're hiring 2 Mid-Level QA Engineers to join our product engineering team.
You'll be responsible for testing web applications, APIs, and integrations across a fast-moving SaaS platform — helping ship reliable features to thousands of active users.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys breaking things (productively), writing solid test cases, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications and APIsPerform functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing across browsers and devicesIdentify, document, and track bugs clearly using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similarCollaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define acceptance criteriaConduct API testing using Postman or similar toolsParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and release cycles within an Agile/Scrum setupMaintain and improve test documentation, test plans, and QA checklistsPerform smoke and regression testing before production releasesSupport automation efforts by contributing to test scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar — good to have)Validate third-party integrations (CRM, messaging channels, webhooks, etc.)Ensure consistent quality across live chat, chatbot, and dashboard-based featuresRequirements
