Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team and help ensure the reliability, performance, and operational stability of business-critical systems. In this role, you will: • Monitor applications and respond to alerts and incidents • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate escalations • Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews • Improve monitoring, alerting, operational runbooks, and support processes • Perform platform maintenance, configuration updates, and health checks • Create scripts and automation solutions to reduce manual work • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders during incidents What we’re looking for: • 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, SRE, DevOps, or a similar role • Strong production troubleshooting and incident management skills • Experience with AWS, monitoring, logging, and observability tools • Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, TypeScript, or similar technologies • Understanding of APIs, databases, Git, CI/CD, and distributed systems • Good English communication and documentation skills Salary: up to €3,400 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies.
