Position Overview Job Title Lead Trade Management UI Engineer – FIC Shared Services Location London Corporate Title Vice President The FIC Shared Services department is responsible for building cutting edge applications that are used across all FIC business units, driving consolidation and spearheading first class design and implementation. It is looking for an experienced web front-end engineer to lead the design and execution of the next generation of web-based trade management tools to be used on a global basis by all business units. Experience of REACT is essential and an understanding of financial markets, workflows and driving firm-wide initiatives is preferred. You will be planning and developing entire engineering solutions to accomplish business goals across all FIC businesses as well as building reliability and resiliency into solutions with appropriate testing and oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will be ensuring solutions are well architected and can be integrated successfully into the end-to-end business process flow as well as reviewing engineering plans and quality to drive consolidation and re-use, thereby improving engineering capability.
