For an international client based in Hamburg, Germany, we are looking for a freelance Junior .NET Developer to join an international software development team. This is a hands-on development role for someone who already has a solid foundation in C#/.NET and web application development and wants to further develop their skills in a modern enterprise environment. The position can be performed remotely. The Role: As a Junior .NET Developer, you will contribute to the development and modernization of business-critical web applications. You will work alongside experienced developers and contribute across both backend and web application development, using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core and Razor-based user interfaces. The role offers the opportunity to further develop your experience with APIs, databases, containerisation, testing and modern software engineering practices. Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NETBuild and maintain web interfaces using Razor (.cshtml), HTML and CSSDevelop responsive application components using Bootstrap 5Contribute to ASP.NET Core MVC applicationsSupport development and integration of REST APIsWork with relational databases and Entity Framework CoreWrite clean, maintainable and testable codeUse Git and established branching/development workflowsParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsWork closely with experienced developers within an Agile development environment Required Skills: You do not need to be an expert in the full technology stack. We are specifically looking for a developer who has a good technical foundation and is motivated to develop further.
