Advanced Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer Canada (Remote) Full-time Job Description: We are looking to hire DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Canada (WFH), immediately who has strong experience in cloud-native platforms, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, Azure cloud infrastructure, Terraform-based infrastructure automation, and modern CI/CD tools such as Harness and GitHub Actions Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the Fulfillment Services team, focused on infrastructure automation, cloud platform management, and CI/CD enablement. This role is ideal for a highly technical engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native platforms, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation, capable of building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure systems. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, Terraform-based infrastructure automation, and modern CI/CD tools such as Harness and GitHub Actions. You will work closely with platform, application, and reliability teams to design and operate robust environments that support high-scale, enterprise workloads. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions supporting Fulfillment Services platforms Implement and manage pipeline automation, environment provisioning, and deployment triggers using Harness Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules and cloud resource management Build and operate CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions to support reliable and repeatable application deployments Manage and evolve Azure cloud environments, including landing zones, subscriptions, and core platform services Research, implement, and maintain secrets management solutions using Akeyless, ensuring security best practices Support messaging platform lifecycle activities, including decommissioning and cleanup of Solace environments Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and application teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve platform stability Document infrastructure designs, deployment processes, and operational practices Required Skillset & Tool Knowledge: Strong experience in DevOps and/or Site Reliability Engineering, supporting cloud-based, production systems Hands-on experience with Harness for deployment automation and pipeline orchestration Strong expertise in Terraform, including module development and infrastructure lifecycle management Experience building and managing CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure and landing zone design Understanding of secrets management concepts, with hands-on experience researching or implementing tools such as Akeyless Experience supporting or decommissioning messaging platforms such as Solace Strong knowledge of automation, reliability, and infrastructure best practices Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment sStrong problem-solving skills and attention to operational excellence Good to Haves: Experience working in Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or large-scale platform teams Familiarity with SRE principles such as SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools Exposure to security, compliance, and cloud governance practices Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale, customer-facing platforms
