Why join? You'll be joining a business at a stage where the platform is sophisticated enough to offer genuinely interesting engineering problems, but the team is still small enough for you to have a real influence over how things are built. There is significant growth planned across the engineering organisation, giving you the opportunity to take on increasing technical ownership as the platform and team develop.
