About the Opportunity: The Salesforce Developer designs, develops, and maintains custom Salesforce solutions that extend platform capabilities and support business operations. This role translates stakeholder requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions while contributing across Salesforce development, administration, integrations, reporting, and end-user support. The position plays an important role in optimizing the Salesforce environment, improving platform adoption, and enhancing the user experience. Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems. • Develop and maintain Apex unit tests to ensure code quality and platform reliability. • Debug and troubleshoot Salesforce components, configurations, and custom code. • Manage deployments using version control and CI/CD tools. • Collaborate on data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security architecture. • Monitor Salesforce releases and lead regression testing to ensure platform stability. • Configure and enhance Salesforce features, functionality, and security controls. • Manage data quality, migrations, and system integration monitoring. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards supporting management and operational decision-making. • Document technical solutions, processes, workflows, and system configurations. • Provide technical support, user training, and clear communication to end users. • Promote Salesforce adoption and identify opportunities to improve the end-user experience. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components. • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, custom development, configuration, and integrations. • Experience with SOQL/SOSL, REST and SOAP services, and third-party system integrations. • Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools such as Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Copado. • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for Salesforce components and custom code. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Gross annual base salary range of USD $100,000–$128,500. • Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply based on experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
