Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience developing modern web applications using React and .NET, combined with hands-on experience customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and Dataverse. The role will contribute to the development and enhancement of a custom portal application hosted in Microsoft Azure, as well as related CRM functionality, integrations, workflows, and backend services. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the application stack and can move between frontend development, backend/API development, CRM customization, data integration, and cloud deployment as project needs evolve. This opportunity is suitable for both full-time employment or contract arrangements. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance modern web applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, .NET, and .NET Core.Design and maintain secure REST APIs and backend services supporting web applications and enterprise integrations.Develop and support applications hosted in Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure SQL.Customize and extend Dynamics 365/CRM and Microsoft Dataverse, including custom tables, business logic, plugins, and integrations.Develop and maintain Power Automate flows supporting workflow automation, notifications, approvals, and data synchronization.Integrate React/.NET applications with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SQL-based systems, and other enterprise services.Develop secure data-access components using technologies such as Entity Framework Core and SQL.Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access using Microsoft identity technologies where required.Troubleshoot and resolve application, CRM, integration, performance, and data-related issues.Participate in solution design and technical discussions and contribute to maintainable application architecture.Develop reusable components and follow established coding, testing, security, and application-development standards.Support source control, code reviews, automated builds, and deployments using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Work collaboratively with business analysts, architects, developers, QA resources, and business stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment.Produce and maintain appropriate technical documentation for application components, integrations, deployments, and support. Qualifications Demonstrated professional experience as a Full Stack Developer delivering production web applications.Strong hands-on development experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core/Web API development.Experience developing and supporting cloud-hosted applications using Microsoft Azure.Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage/Blob Storage.Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and Dataverse.Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins or other custom server-side CRM functionality.Experience developing Power Automate flows and implementing workflow or process automation involving Dataverse and Dynamics 365.Experience integrating custom applications with Dynamics 365/Dataverse through APIs and related integration patterns.Strong SQL and relational database skills, including experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL.Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating applications across multiple systems.Experience with source control and modern development practices using Git and Azure DevOps.Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications across development, testing, and production environments.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across frontend, backend, database, CRM, and cloud components.Ability to work effectively within Agile development teams and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders. Desirable Attributes Experience with Azure Logic Apps for application and enterprise integration workflows.Experience with additional Azure integration technologies such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, or API Management.Experience with Power Apps or Power Pages alongside Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.Experience implementing authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth, or OpenID Connect.Experience with Entity Framework Core and modern application architecture or design patterns.Experience modernizing or incrementally enhancing existing enterprise applications.Experience delivering solutions within public-sector, regulatory, or other complex enterprise environments.Ability to contribute to technical design and architecture discussions while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
