About The Role We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join Riot’s dynamic team and contribute to the development of our flagship product, Awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems that serve millions of learners and thousands of administrators globally. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship new features from conception to deployment, ensuring high standards of quality and performance. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our cybersecurity training platform, helping organizations cultivate a strong security culture. As part of our engineering team, you will also engage with AI tooling to enhance development workflows, automate processes, and solve complex technical challenges.
