About The Role Our team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join our Architecture team remotely in Poland to help build & scale Rho’s all-in-one finance platform. If you are eager and interested to learn, here is the tech stack that you will be working with: Python and GoGraphQL and gRPCPostgreSQLDocker and KubernetesGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) Qualifications What we're looking for: Deep expertise in Python, async programming and performance optimizationExperience building web apps and services to support a great productKnowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an applicationExperience in building CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) ToolsExperience working within complex, regulated environments, coordinating across multiple partners and stakeholders.Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure Nice To Have Proficiency in Go/TypeScript/Ruby or similar technologiesProficiency building & deploying applications with Docker and KubernetesExperience with message brokers and event streaming platformsExperience working in a cloud computing platform like GCP or AWSExperience working in finance including an understanding of how different payment networks work, e.g. ACH, Fedwire, SWIFTKnowledge of accounting or financial softwareExperience mentoring junior engineers Salary range: 100,000 - 160,000 USD net per year What We Offer In return we’re prepared to offer a competitive package.
