Systems Engineer - Power Electronics

Job Purpose Join our Electrification Engineering team in Kraków and help shape the next generation of hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion systems. As a Systems Development Engineer, you will own key traction inverter functions throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition through implementation, validation, and production release. You will work closely with global customers, software, hardware, and test teams to deliver advanced power electronics solutions used in modern electric and hybrid vehicles. Key responsibilties Own system functions for automotive power electronics and inverter products Define, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the development lifecycle Collaborate with software, hardware, controls, and test engineers to deliver robust system solutions Drive technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Support system architecture activities and function development. Lead technical risk assessments, trade-off analyses, and engineering reviews. Analyze internal and customer defects Support verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with product requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and best practices. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive electronics development, embedded systems, power electronics, or a related engineering field Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field Experience applying Systems Engineering principles throughout the product development lifecycle Experience with requirements engineering and requirements management.
