About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications across our SaaS portfolio, including platforms such as Praxis, Agentic AI, ifap, Therafox, and Intermedix. You will work seamlessly across frontend, backend, and DevOps layers, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in integrating AI-native features and agentic experiences into our products, utilizing large language models, retrieval techniques, tool-use, and structured workflows to create tangible value for healthcare professionals and patients alike. Collaborating closely with product management, UX, architecture, and engineering teams, you will help elevate engineering standards and establish best practices for agentic applications. Your work will directly influence healthcare workflows, and you will bring an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to the development of new features and services.
