Overall 6-10 years of professional experience in backend application developmentStrong experience developing microservices and cloud-native applications using Java (17/21), J2EE, REST APIs, and Spring Boot ecosystem:Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring SecurityORM frameworks such as JPA (Java Persistence API) or equivalentExperience building highly scalable and distributed microservice platforms, in a Retail environmentSolid understanding and hands-on experience with:Unit testing frameworks like JUnit, MockitoBuild and deployment tools such as Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins as part of the CI/CD processExperience working with Kafka in high-volume transactional systemsHands-on experience with Relational Databases [PostgreSQL]Experience working on cloud platforms, with preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong communication skills for design-related discussions, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
