Description
Objective of the Requisition
The objective is to secure a dedicated .NET Workflow Developer resource from IT to be aligned with the Operations Department for the development of new workflow applications and enhancement of existing workflows.
The resource will work closely with Operations Business Process Management and business users to support end-to-end delivery from requirement clarification through development, testing support, deployment coordination, and post-implementation stabilization.
Scope of Responsibilities
Develop new workflow applications based on approved business requirements and process designs.Enhance existing workflow applications to improve routing, validation, approval controls, user experience, reporting, and system integration.Support workflow application configuration, role/group mapping, task assignment logic, and user access coordination.Coordinate with IT architecture, user services, middleware, security, and infrastructure teams where integration or technical dependencies exist.Assist Operations in technical feasibility assessment, impact analysis, development estimation, and solution design.Support SIT, UAT, defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, configuration details, and knowledge transfer records.Required Skill Set
Strong hands-on experience in .NET application development, preferably ASP.NET, C#, MVC/Web Forms, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.Experience in workflow/BPM application development, approval routing, task assignment, role-based access, and process automation.Working knowledge of SQL Server or equivalent database platforms, including stored procedures, data validation, and reporting queries.Understanding of REST API integration, middleware interaction, authentication, logging, and exception handling.Ability to translate business requirements into functional workflow designs and technical specifications.Knowledge of secure coding practices, application controls, audit trails, segregation of duties, and banking technology governance.Strong communication skills to work with Operations users, IT teams, QA teams, and project stakeholders.Minimum of 5 years experience.
