Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior ESB Developer with strong expertise in Software AG WebMethods to join our integration team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions that enable seamless communication across business applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Software AG WebMethods (Integration Server, Universal Messaging, Designer, API Gateway, Terracotta etc.)Develop and manage APIs, services, and interfaces to support enterprise-wide integrationCollaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to define integration requirements and design scalable solutionsOptimize and troubleshoot integration workflows, ensuring reliability, performance, and securitySupport deployment activities, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices in integration developmentDocument technical solutions and provide support for production systems as required
Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience in ESB or integration development, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in WebMethods.Strong knowledge of WebMethods Integration Server, Designer, API Gateway, Universal Messaging , and Adapters (JDBC, SAP, Flat File, etc.).Experience with API development, SOAP/REST services, XML, JSON, and web services standards.Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware concepts.Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience with cloud integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or microservices architecture.Certification in Software AG WebMethods is a plus.
