Description
For a client in the banking industry, we are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with strong experience in One Identity and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
You will help improve and automate IAM services in a complex, highly regulated environment, with a focus on service quality, control effectiveness and operational excellence.
Your Job
Enhance and maintain One Identity solutions and IAM processes.Automate manual activities related to access management, controls and reporting.Analyze and remediate technical issues and control findings.Improve monitoring, evidencing and audit readiness of IAM services.Collaborate with business, risk and technical stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions.Drive continuous improvement and help increase the maturity of IAM services.
Your Profile
Extensive experience as a DevOps, IAM, or Identity Governance Engineer.Strong hands-on knowledge of One Identity Manager.Experience with SQL, APIs, scripting, automation and system integrations.Solid understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, RBAC, ABAC, recertification, and Segregation of Duties.Experience working in regulated environments with high compliance and audit requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
