We're hiring two full-stack developers, based out of our Kathmandu office, to build core product features across the web app and backend, working closely with our Tech Lead.

The mission
Deliver features across the stack reliably, sprint after sprint, and grow into a senior engineer as the platform and team scale.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain features across the platform's core modules — from the PostgreSQL data model through the NestJS API to the React interface.Write tests, fix bugs, and take part in code review.Work on the internal tooling a small team needs: data entry screens, exports, dashboards, and general backlog breadth.Follow the team's engineering standards for API design so features stay easy for a future mobile app to consume.
Must have
Solid working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and React for front-end development.Working experience with a Node.js backend and a SQL database (PostgreSQL preferred).Comfortable working to a sprint cadence, eager to learn, and takes feedback well.Can explain the reasoning behind code they've written, even on smaller features.
Nice to have
Experience with NestJS specifically, or a similar structured Node.js framework.Exposure to cloud deployment or CI/CD pipelines.Personal projects, open-source contributions, or internships that show genuine initiative.Interest in mobile development (React Native) — not required today, but a plus for future growth as the product adds a mobile app.
