Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term project in the banking sector, related to implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing solutions within the corporate CRM. You will work in a team focused on developing and optimizing solutions based on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Your tasks Development and maintenance of solutions based on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce ecosystem components)Analysis of business and technical requirements and translating them into effective system solutionsDesign and implementation of backend and frontend solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration technologiesCreating, developing, and deploying new functionalities according to business requirements and Salesforce platform standardsOptimizing existing processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce applicationsEnsuring high code quality by applying best programming practices, unit testing, and participating in code reviewsCollaboration with architects, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and project teams to deliver comprehensive solutionsIntegrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API, Platform Events, and middlewareParticipating in designing Salesforce solution architecture and recommending best platform practices Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platformStrong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience CloudExperience in projects for the banking or financial sectorPractical knowledge of Apex, including creating triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex solutionsPrevious work in creating user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Data Service (LDS)Strong knowledge of SOQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata)Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST API, communication platforms, and message queues (RMQ)Familiarity with tools supporting application development and maintenance, such as OpenShift, Elastic, and ZabbixPractical experience in modeling and automating business processes using Salesforce FlowKnowledge of ETL tools and data integration between Salesforce and external systemsCommunicative English skills enabling work in an international environmentGood knowledge of Polish Nice to have Knowledge of Java and/or PythonPossession of Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification Job no.
