Monthly or quarterly trips to the central London office depending on where you're based 🏡Tech stack/environment includes Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, React, Next, Postgres, BigQuery, CI/CD, Heroku 🔧AI approach: they are using Claude code daily (70 - 80% of code is now AI generated) and so they are looking to hire someone who is AI-fluent 🤖 What stands out about this company/ opportunity: You will join a small tech team of product-minded engineers and your boss will be the first tech hire that this company made - he has grown with the business and is now the Hands-on Head of Engineering 💃🏼You will get heaps of autonomy and exposure to a diverse tech stackThey do things the right way first time: TDD, proper engineering practices etc. They use Claude in a considered mannerThey have managed to survive the turbulent economy & COVID in the last 6 years and managed to come out the other side as a profitable business.
