Description

The Anti-cheat team at Embark is responsible for upholding the integrity of our games, identifying instances of unfair play, and protecting the experience of our players. We have a versatile toolbox at our disposal, which we continuously evolve and refine, including client-side protections, third-party systems, machine-learning models. Being a core function supporting all of Embark games, we collaborate with many different stakeholders throughout the organisation, such as game teams, legal and community management. We are now looking for a well rounded Backend engineer with front-end experience to strengthen our operational capacity. As a member of our Anti-cheat team you will, among other things, be responsible for maintaining and developing the services that power Embark’s anti-cheat activities, and develop tools and visualizations within our internal web portals supporting both our own and other teams at Embark. You are likely curious to continuously learn new skills. You enjoy working autonomously and taking initiatives, while also collaborating within and across teams. You enjoy applying the full breadth of your skill set to help protect our players from unfair play and malicious actors.
