Now you have a great opportunity to dive into the world of communication controllers, headsets, active hearing protectors, and vehicle systems, as we are looking for an experienced
SOFTWARE ENGINEER
to join us in Tampere or Espoo.
Your main task is embedded software design using C language for microcontroller based systems and Python as a supporting language, both in product development and customer projects.
You will work with unique and high-quality products, for example, in various public authority and defense industry environments.
You will participate in the software and electronics design of our devices, innovation, system design, quality assurance, product definition, and the preparation of R&D documentation – in collaboration with other designers and product managers.
We are looking for a software engineer with a solid foundation in embedded software development.

From a technical perspective, you have experience in C programming and an interest in embedded systems.
Experience with Python, FreeRTOS, Zephyr, Linux, Bluetooth, VoIP, STM32 microcontrollers, or the development and integration of DDS-based systems is considered an advantage.
You are proficient in Git and familiar with collaborative software development workflows.
Knowledge of telecommunications and network routing would be a strong asset.
Experience in software testing and verification is also considered an advantage.
We value a solid understanding of software quality and a willingness to contribute to testing activities throughout the entire development lifecycle.
The role requires fluent English skills and most likely also ability to communicate in Finnish.
Occasional travel readiness is expected from the candidate.
