About The Role We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in .NET/C# development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and maintaining multi-threaded product components that enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring robust performance across various environments. The developer will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and research emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in .NET/C# software development and SQL database management. A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles is essential. Educational qualifications include a school degree complemented by a diploma in IT, BIT, or BCS. Certifications such as MCTS and MCPD are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in .NET 3.5/4 technologies, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML, and Crystal Reports. Experience with multi-threaded development, latency-critical applications, GUI development, and MSSQL Server (2005/2008) is required. Additional knowledge of software engineering, web development (XHTML, AJAX, WCF Services), and basic Oracle skills will be considered advantageous. Personal qualities such as initiative, self-direction, leadership, organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively within a team are highly valued. Responsibilities Develop, design, implement, and maintain multi-threaded product components to ensure high performance and scalability.Conduct unit testing of product functionalities in accordance with established testing procedures to guarantee quality and reliability.Collaborate extensively with team members to troubleshoot software issues, contributing to a knowledge base that enhances product effectiveness and end-user experience.Troubleshoot software applications by leveraging diagnostic skills related to software and hardware setup, database management, data analysis, networking, and operating system configuration.Identify product requirements, including target environments, performance benchmarks, and competitive considerations.Research and evaluate new technologies and development tools to incorporate innovative solutions into our products.Prepare or assist in preparing technical documentation to support product development and deployment.Participate in code reviews and design meetings to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.Enforce and adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain development consistency and security.Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and project deadlines.
