Job DescriptionJob Description Align process improvement initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.Lead the development and implementation of long-term process improvement strategies within your line of business, aligning with company goalsIdentify and prioritize process improvement opportunities to maximize impact.Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support for process improvement initiativesDrive and lead the process improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution and efficiency across central operationUtilize data analytics tools to measure process performance and generate actionable insights.Monitor process metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of improvements.Report on process performance and improvement outcomes to senior managementSubject matter expert in tools related to agent/internal users/customersFull understanding of full product ecosystem (internal & external facing)Fully own product/system E2E from ideation to rollout stagePlan and align overall product strategy accordingly business needsHost product workshops with internal stakeholders Participate and raise APAC product request in global roundtablesBuild & present business cases to higher management (Directors/C-level)Provide product & system advice to stakeholders
