About the role First Sentier Group is transforming its application and data landscape, moving from legacy systems to a more scalable, cloud-based and data-driven platform. As a Full Stack Engineer, based in our Hong Kong office, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing existing applications while helping to build our next-generation data platform. In this hands-on role, you'll work across application development, data processing, integrations and automation, using technologies including .NET (C#), SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake and Azure. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and business stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions that support business growth and innovation. Your day to day Design, develop and support applications, integrations and automation solutions.Build and enhance data pipelines and workflows that support business operations.Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Contribute to system reliability, performance and continuous improvement initiatives.Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve engineering efficiency and delivery. Your skills and experience 5+ years' experience in full stack development, software engineering or a similar technical role.Strong experience with .NET (C#), SQL, Python and/or PowerShell.Experience developing and supporting business applications and integrations.Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data technologies, including Azure and Snowflake.Experience working with APIs, automation and CI/CD practices.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
