About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Mendix Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Mendix, a solid understanding of software development principles, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, designers, and technical teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications using the Mendix platform.Develop scalable enterprise applications using Mendix Modeler and Studio Pro.Translate business and technical requirements into effective low-code solutions.Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX.Develop and integrate front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.Work with back-end technologies including Java, SQL, and REST APIs.Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems through APIs and web services.Develop and maintain mobile applications using Mendix.Participate in application architecture, solution design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.Follow software development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and SDLC processes.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, designers, QA teams, stakeholders, and clients.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.Prepare and maintain technical documentation where required.Support applications after deployment and contribute to ongoing enhancements and optimization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Mendix Certified Developer certification is mandatory.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Mendix development.Strong knowledge of the Mendix Platform, Mendix Modeler, and Studio Pro.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.Good knowledge of web application development and modern web technologies.Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Java, SQL, and REST APIsExperience in mobile application development.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and interface development.Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.Ability to collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional technical teams.
