About The Role We are seeking 1-2 experienced Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our dedicated team at Tech-Stil. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on advanced security technology used by major organizations across various sectors. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated SaaS products that emphasize performance, reliability, and security. A significant focus of this position is the integration and application of artificial intelligence tools and agents in software development processes. You will leverage AI to enhance coding, testing, debugging, and refactoring activities, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ownership of complex features from inception to deployment are key aspects of this role. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over six years of professional software engineering experience, with at least five years dedicated to full-stack development. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, reliability, and security considerations. Experience working in SaaS, startup, or scale-up environments is advantageous, reflecting adaptability and a fast-paced work ethic. Technical skills should include expertise in React and TypeScript, along with backend languages such as Go, Python, Rust, PHP, or Node.js. While specific cybersecurity experience is not mandatory, a solid foundation in engineering fundamentals and a genuine interest in AI-driven development are critical. Utilizing AI coding agents and tools, you will automate and enhance various stages of the software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, and refactoring. You will own complex features end-to-end, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance, ensuring adherence to security best practices and reliability standards. Collaborating with product managers, security experts, and other engineering teams, you will contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps. Continuous improvement through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and staying updated with the latest AI and cybersecurity trends will be integral to your role.
