We're seeking a Software Testing Analyst to join a highly collaborative Agile team supporting a global Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) used in veterinary diagnostics.
In this role, you'll help shape software quality from the earliest stages of product development through production, partnering closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Partner with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios.Perform exploratory testing and validate complex laboratory workflows, data flows, calculations, integrations, and business processes.Identify defects, risks, edge cases, and process gaps before production deployment.Define automated test coverage needs and identify gaps in existing test libraries.Coordinate testing activities across integrations, performance testing, and production readiness efforts.Support quality gates throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Review system behavior, data integrity, workflows, and production monitoring to ensure software quality and reliability.Collaborate closely with Agile teams to continuously improve quality, testing practices, and delivery processes.Required Qualifications
Experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or QA Analysis.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Experience analyzing requirements, developing test scenarios, and validating complex business processes.Knowledge of test strategy, test planning, acceptance testing, exploratory testing, and quality processes.Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation and analysis.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, system integrations, and automated testing concepts.Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.We do not accept applications from third-party recruiters or staffing agencies.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience testing web applications, APIs, cloud-based systems, or enterprise software.Experience with laboratory systems, diagnostic platforms, healthcare software, or LIMS environments.Familiarity with BDD, Example Mapping, Jira, Confluence, Kanban, or Scrum.Experience evaluating automated testing frameworks and test coverage strategies.
