Role Description This full-time remote Graduate Developer (Entry-Level) role at GPTI - Grupo de Profissionais de TI is focused on learning, contributing to software development projects, and supporting technical initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications, writing clean and well-documented code, and assisting in bug fixing and performance improvements. The Graduate Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend stand-ups and planning meetings, and help implement features according to technical and business requirements. The role also involves learning and applying development best practices, using version control tools, and supporting basic troubleshooting and user issue resolution. Continuous learning, proactive communication, and a strong interest in building a career in software development are central to the position.
