📌 EMPLOYMENT DETAILS Employment type: through 3rd party/ vendorDuration: 24 months fixed term (subject to change based on business needs)Work setup: Full onsite with dedicated full office hours based in BSD, Tangerang The Role Senior Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications across multiple product linesStrategize the frontend roadmap in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership by defining standards, tooling choices, and long-term technical directionAuthorize technical decisions on frontend architecture, component system design, state management patterns, and build infrastructureSynergize efforts across frontend, backend, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end user experiencesNegotiate trade-offs between design fidelity, performance, accessibility, and delivery timelines, providing clear recommendations to stakeholdersLead code reviews, set engineering standards, and drive adoption of best practices across the frontend engineering teamEvaluate emerging frontend technologies and frameworks; recommend adoption where they meaningfully improve quality, performance, or developer experienceUse AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully for component implementation, refactoring, testing, and documentation while preserving accessibility and design fidelityFormulate and enforce frontend performance budgets, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility requirementsLead the strategy for dependency management, package upgrades, security patches, and shared library maintenanceMentor and grow mid and junior engineers through structured feedback, pairing, and technical guidancePlan and control frontend delivery milestones, proactively surfacing risks and coordinating resolution across teams Mid Plan and develop UI components and features by translating designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and reusable codeControl the quality of your own work through thorough testing, debugging, and adherence to team coding standardsEvaluate and implement responsive, cross-browser compatible layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpointsFormulate and document component-level solutions that align with the team's frontend architecture and design systemCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA to deliver cohesive user experiencesRecommend improvements to code quality, component reusability, or development tooling based on day-to-day experienceParticipate in code reviews, incorporating feedback constructively to improve personal and team outputUse AI-assisted coding tools where appropriate for UI implementation, debugging, test generation, and documentation, validating all output before deliveryPlan and execute frontend optimizations for performance, accessibility, and SEO under guidance from senior engineersContribute to dependency maintenance tasks including package upgrades and basic compatibility checksStay current with frontend trends and evaluate new tools or techniques relevant to the team's work Requirements Senior 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend engineering, with a demonstrable track record of shipping production-grade web applications at scaleDeep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with strong understanding of browser internals and rendering performanceProven mastery of React.js (preferred) or Vue.js / Angular, including advanced patterns such as server-side rendering, code splitting, and micro-frontendsExtensive experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Pinia, or equivalent) and frontend data-fetching strategiesStrong command of frontend build tooling (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and CI/CD pipelines for frontend applicationsDeep experience with performance optimization like Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, caching strategies, and bundle analysisProven ability to design and maintain scalable component libraries and design system integrationsExperience leading dependency governance: package upgrade strategies, compatibility management, and vulnerability remediationStrong command of testing practices, unit, integration, and end-to-end testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent)Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and the ability to review generated UI code for accessibility, responsiveness, maintainability, and design fidelityDemonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholdersExperience with RESTful and GraphQL API integration, including error handling and data normalization strategiesGood communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken Mid 2-4 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with at least one project delivered in a professional or academic settingSolid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a good understanding of how browsers render pagesHands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular;
