ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide L2 technical support for AI applications (chatbots, assistants, automation tools)Work with external vendors and agencies to implement and integrate AI solutionsTroubleshoot production issues with LLM APIs, data pipelines, and application performanceCustomize and configure vendor-delivered AI solutions to requirementsBuild integrations between AI applications and enterprise systemsReview and validate code/solutions delivered by external agenciesMaintain technical documentation and runbooksMonitor application performance and implement fixesHandle API configuration, authentication, and access management. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 5+ years full stack development experienceStrong Python backend skills (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)Frontend development experience (React, Vue, or Angular)Experience working with external vendors and technical teamsREST API integration and troubleshootingAzure services experience (App Services, Functions, API Management) PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)Knowledge of RAG patterns and vector databasesExperience reviewing and validating third-party codeUnderstanding of enterprise integration patterns
