Chew toys, beds and walking gear built for power chewers, the dogs that go through everything else in a week.
We are Australian, founder led, and we sell direct in Australia and the US across both DTC & Retail.
We have built an audience of 900K+ followers and 15M+ monthly views, and we are growing fast.
We are hiring the person who helps decide what products we make next.
The role
You will work directly with our founders and our manufacturing partners on developing and refining our product range.
Coming up with ideas, sketching them out, and driving them through to a product distributed to dog owners around the world.
What you will be doing
Coming up with new product concepts and getting them into a digital file, using AI or whatever way you work best, to take the mockup to the next stageFrom there we 3D print, test, and work with our manufacturing partners to build the moulds and bring the design to lifeDigging into what is already working.
Sales, reviews, customer feedback and comments, then turning that into the next productBriefing our suppliers with detailed designs covering materials, sizes and the unique benefits of the productReviewing the samples that come back and pushing the design until it is ready to launchTesting prototypes on real dogs and using what breaks to make the next version betterHelping shape packaging and how the product looks on site
What we are looking for
You design physical products.
Sketching, concepting and visual thinking are the core of this jobYou understand and love dogs.
You will be designing for them every day and you need genuine instinct for how they play, chew and destroyYou are curious about the numbers.
What sold, what got returned, what people complained about, and what that tells us to build nextA leader who can take ownership, move things forward and manage timelines
Nice to have, not required
Packaging design experience, the ability to produce 3D files, experience working with overseas manufacturers, or a background in toys, pet or consumer hardgoods.
Any of these will put you near the top of the pile.
None of them are dealbreakers.

Where you will work
Our HQ is in Wodonga, Victoria.
On site is ideal, but we are after the best person for this role and we are not going to let geography stop us.

Open on how we structure it
Full time is our preference, but we care more about getting the right person than the shape of the contract.
